Reel Unlimited operates a strict no-refund policy for all design services globally. All sales are final. Once payment is processed for any service, subscription, or add-on, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances across all regions where we operate.
This policy applies to all Reel Unlimited services including:
30-day design access (Standard and Pro plans)
Monthly subscriptions (Standard and Pro plans)
Single project purchases
White-label add-on services
Any additional services or features purchased
Global Application: This policy applies to all customers worldwide who use Reel Unlimited services, regardless of location.
By using our services anywhere in the world, you agree there will be no refund for any purchase made through Reel Unlimited.
All payments for 30-day design access are final and non-refundable. Once purchased, the 30-day period begins immediately and cannot be refunded regardless of usage or circumstances. This includes:
Standard Single (2 concurrent projects)
Standard Double (4 concurrent projects)
Standard Full (6 concurrent projects)
Pro plans with website development services
All monthly subscription payments are final and non-refundable. This includes Standard plans, Pro plans, and any subscription-based services with 2-month minimum commitments. Early cancellation fees for terminating before the minimum commitment period are also non-refundable.
All single project purchases are final and non-refundable. Once payment is processed for any individual project service, the payment cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
All white-label add-on purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes branded portals, custom domains, and any white-label features or services.
Any additional services, features, or add-ons purchased are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage or satisfaction.
We do not refund renewal subscription payments for any reason. It is your responsibility to track your subscription and cancel before the next renewal period if you no longer wish to continue.
If you forget to cancel your subscription and our system processes the renewal payment, we will not issue any refund under any conditions. Our cancellation process is accessible through your dashboard.
In case of accidental renewal, clients can cancel their subscription through their dashboard, but access to the service will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for accidental renewals - cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund the current billing period.
By making a payment for Reel Unlimited services, you acknowledge that you have:
Reviewed our service scope and concurrent project limits
Understood the difference between 30-day access and monthly subscriptions
Understood the difference between Standard and Pro plans
Understood the difference between regular services and white-label add-ons
Accepted that all sales are final with no refunds available
Made an informed purchasing decision with full knowledge of our no-refund policy
Our system records your acceptance of these terms upon signup and continued service usage. This documentation may be presented to financial institutions in any payment dispute as proof of your informed consent to this policy.
Each continued use of our services, including submitting projects, accessing your dashboard, or allowing subscription renewals, constitutes renewed acceptance of this no-refund policy.
Your access to Reel Unlimited services remains active until the end of your paid period:
30-Day Access: Provides exactly 30 calendar days of service access from purchase date
Monthly Subscriptions: Billed monthly in local currency, access continues until billing cycle ends
Single Projects: Access to submit and receive one project as advertised
White-Label Add-ons: Features remain active for the duration of your service period
If you cancel your subscription, you maintain full access until the end of your current billing period.
All design work created during your active service period remains your property according to our Terms of Service. Upon cancellation or service end, you retain full ownership rights to all completed and delivered work from your paid service period.
Reel Unlimited is not responsible for and cannot refund services due to non-usage. If you do not use the service during your active period, you may cancel to prevent future charges (for subscriptions), but no refund will be issued for the current period.
Important Non-Usage Terms:
No refunds will be issued if you don't use the service but keep it active
Service fees are charged regardless of how many projects you submit
It is your responsibility to cancel subscriptions if you no longer need the service
Non-usage does not constitute grounds for refund under any circumstances
This applies to all service types globally
Whether you submit zero projects or reach your limits, the service fee remains the same. Our pricing model is based on service availability and team allocation, not usage volume.
Reel Unlimited reserves the right to terminate service to accounts exhibiting:
Payment disputes or unauthorized chargebacks
Violation of our Terms of Service
Harassment of our team members
Misuse of our platform or services
Account termination due to policy violations does not result in refunds for any services purchased.
By purchasing any Reel Unlimited services, you agree that chargebacks are not acceptable given our clear no-refund policy. This agreement may be presented to financial institutions in payment disputes.
Unauthorized chargebacks will result in:
Immediate loss of all work ownership rights
Permanent account ban from all Reel Unlimited services
Potential debt collection action where legally permitted
Legal action to recover costs and damages where applicable
30-Day Access: One-time payment for 30 calendar days of service
Monthly Subscriptions: Require 2-month minimum commitment, then monthly billing
Single Projects: One-time payment per project at advertised rates
White-Label Add-ons: Billed at advertised rates per billing cycle
All payments are processed in local currency where available and are final and non-refundable. This payment structure allows us to properly allocate our team resources to your projects.
There are no exceptions to this no-refund policy except where explicitly required by applicable consumer protection law. In cases of duplicate charges due to technical errors, we will correct such errors promptly, but this does not constitute a refund of legitimately charged services.
This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws in all regions where we operate. Where local law requires specific consumer protections, we will comply accordingly while maintaining our general no-refund stance.
